2024 ASM Conference for Undergraduate Educators

Hi! Come and talk to me about undergraduate education for sustainable development across Engineering and Built Environment, and in particular, about the strategic planning of the resources and curricular development, with a focus on equity and inclusion. 
With a background in Building Services and Sustainability, Fabia started her career as an sustainable building services engineering consultant in AECOM and then from 2013 to 2017, was leading the Energy agenda at UWE Bristol as Energy Manager.
She moved to academic in 2017 and has since been involved in Undergraduate and Postgraduate teaching on Building Services and Environmental Engineering disciplines across both Architecture and Engineering programmes.
She is now part of the School of Engineering Executive team and is the School Director - Academic, acting as Deputy for the Dean and Head of School of Engineering. In this role, she is a champion for diversity, equity and inclusion across the staff and student groups.
